So I told him lets see what it reads on my computer via and it was reading between 12 Mbps to 13 Mbps. When the tech came he tested the system and told me that his diagnostic tool would only read up to 25 Mbps and that it was reading 25 Mbps. The tech was nice but it really seemed like Suddenlink has given them a line to tell the customer.
